Terms and Condition

In general you have 14 days after receiving your order to return, exchange or cancel, from the day of purchase, to receive the order back. All products must be returned in perfect condition, unopened along with any stamps or marks required for resale, carefully packaged, with all of their accessories (e.g. phones, cables, user guides, etc.) and without any modifications to their reference and serial numbers.

Be careful We do not accept the return or exchange of Apple products. Samsung Products, etc… that have been unsealed and/or activated.

All the refunds are processed within 24-48 hours after goods reception and inspection. All virtual products (licenses, software...) can't be canceled, returned or refunded, due to Manufacturers restrictions. Due to hygiene reasons we may not offer a full refund if headsets, headphones or earpieces have been handled in any way or worn.

If you need to change any details of an order you have placed with us, delivery address, quantity, or cancel it completely, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible .  To ensure goods arrive promptly, we aim to process all orders within 1-2 hours of being placed on our site, so it is important to notify as straight away if you don't want your order to be held up. We hope you will be pleased with your purchase, however, if for any reason you wish to return something bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product, although it has to be sent back to us in a fully re-saleable condition .  Please notify us before shipping your order and return in original, unopened and undamaged packaging. Returns are not accepted for the reason "the customer does not like the product" or "the product does not meet customer expectations", in any type of return that is not related to the product failure or to an error made by us.

Costumer have to pay  the return postage costs. Refunds are normally issued within 24-48 hours.

Upon receipt of your returned item we'll refund only the cost of the item .  If you paid a premium for an express delivery service, which was honoured, this will not be refund. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item (in which case the item will be returned to you after charging the shipping costs), or deduct up to 80% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

If anything you have purchased from us becomes defective or develops a fault, we will be happy to exchange the product provided if is still under guarantee. If the fault occurs within 7 days of receiving your order, then you also have the option to return the goods to us for a full refund. All we require is your order reference / invoice number to locate your order on our system. 

Upon receipt, an email acknowledgement will be sent to you immediately .  We will examine the returned item(s) and notify you with another email of the outcome .  For replacement, you will receive an email to confirm the dispatch and tracking details. For refunds we will email you to confirm this has been processed (refunds are normally issued within 24-48 hours).

If no fault is found by our technician, the product will  sent back to you.
